Job summary

Lockheed Martin Space in Cape Canaveral, FL is seeking an Entry Level Program Planner to plan and manage detailed schedule networks from design to interoperations, coordinating with Finance, Business Operations and Program Management.

You will create compliant Integrated Master Schedules, provide critical path analysis, and translate customer requirements into executable baselines while upholding the highest standards of ethics and integrity.

Qualifications

  • Data analysis experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • US citizenship and ability to obtain a security clearance.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage detailed schedule networks from design through testing and interoperations.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Business Ops, and Program Management to translate requirements into baselines.
  • Create and maintain Integrated Master Schedules that validate scope, workflow and resources.
  • Provide time-phased critical path analysis and recommended solutions to conflicts.

Lockheed Martin Space in Cape Canaveral, FL seeks a full-time, level 1 Program Planner.

As An Entry Level Program Planner, You Will
  • Plan and manage detailed schedule networks from design, assembly, test, and interoperations
  • Work with Finance and Business operations, and Program Management while working with the entire planning team to translate authorized customer requirements into the performance measurement baseline
  • Create and maintain compliant Integrated Master Schedules which accurately and comprehensively validate contractual scope, work flow, and resources required to execute the program
  • Provide the program with time-phased critical path predictive analysis and actionable planning data, and develops recommended solutions to programmatic execution conflicts

Basic Qualifications
  • Data analysis experience
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Must be a US Citizen and have the ability to obtain a security clearance
Desired Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business related field
  • Active Secret security clearance
  • Experience analyzing data
  • Familiarity with a scheduling tool such as MS Project or Open Plan Professional
  • Familiarity with formulas and macros in Excel Familiarity with Tableau
  • Customer service experience
  • Presentation experience
Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $49500.00 - $91900.00

  • For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
