Job summary

Lockheed Martin in Englewood, CO is seeking a level 3 Program Planner to support the FBM program planning, IMS/IMS alignment, and cost/schedule integration across functions.

The role requires at least 3 years in program planning and experience with EVMS, MS Project/Open Plan, and the ability to travel up to 15%. US Citizenship with the ability to obtain Top Secret clearance is required.

• Experience developing the Integrated Management Plan / Integrated Master Schedule (IMP/IMS).
• Must be able to travel up to 15%.

As our Program Planner, you will support the Program Planning organization through providing functional support of the Reentry Organization in support of program execution planning activities and long term planning for the future. To be successful, you must have a strong background in program planning as it relates to the development and management of the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and its alignment with industry standards for program performance management compliance.

Summary of Key Duties

Standard Job Description: Partners with Program & Senior Management to drive cost, schedule, and technical performance by facilitating integration across all functions. Responsible for developing compliant Integrated Program Schedules which accurately validate the flow, budget, and resources required to execute contractual scope and overarching program strategy. Provides the program with time-phased critical path predictive analysis and actionable planning data, and develops recommended solutions to programmatic execution conflicts. Ensures all commitments are tracked, monitored and statused. Prepares/coordinates the development of planning artifacts for solicitation response. Interfaces with program management, senior management and the customer as the programs planning integrator. Ensures vertical and horizontal integration, and cost/schedule integration between all schedules and other program artifacts.Devises modeling and measuring techniques to integrate risks and opportunities with schedule and cost baseline, and to perform schedule risk assessments. Utilizes performance and health metrics analyses to drive actions resulting in improved program performance. Proficient in AI prompting as it applies to this position and practice.

Basic Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience working in a program planning capacity and a total of at least 6 years of professional experience
• Experience with planning/ scheduling tools (e.g. MS Project, Open Plan, P6, etc.) including resource loading labor hours
• Planning/ scheduling experience on programs requiring EVMS

Desired Skills

• Active Secret clearance prior to start preferred with an active Top Secret security clearance prior to start highly preferred
• Open Plan Professional and Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with OnePager Pro or Milestones Pro
• Some experience with Data-Driven Metric compliance requirements and surveillance
• Some experience in the application of integrated cost/ schedule techniques
• Strong influencing and relationship management skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of an integrated team
• Ability to compile, prepare, and present information to management and customers and communicate and work effectively across multiple disciplines
• Strong sense of follow-up and closure with strict attention to detail and quality

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $81500.00 - $151300.00
