Job summary

Harris seeks a Plant Manager to lead the build, launch, and scale of an integrated manufacturing plant, expanding capacity with prefabrication and modular production methods.

You will own safety, quality, delivery, cost, P&L, and capital planning, starting with plumbing/piping fabrication and extending to sheet metal manufacturing as capacity evolves. The role requires strong leadership and a manufacturing mindset in a high-growth setting.

Qualifications

• Strong manufacturing mindset and leadership with change management.
• Experience leading lean initiatives and continuous improvement.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 readiness and quality systems.
• Ability to manage P&L, budgets, and capital investments.

Responsibilities

• Lead startup, stabilization, and scale-up of a new integrated manufacturing facility with operating rhythms and performance discipline.
• Own end-to-end plant performance including safety, quality, delivery, cost, P&L, and workforce execution across fabrication disciplines.
• Translate growth objectives into executable production plans that support on-time delivery.
• Establish capacity models, layouts, material flow, and scheduling for modular fabrication.
• Drive data-based decisions with KPIs, visual management, and performance reporting.
• Foster a culture of lean, continuous improvement and accountability.
