Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, supply chain, logistics or related field.
• Six Sigma Green Belt or Lean Certification preferred.
• Experience leading warehouse/3PL teams with focus on safety and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end warehouse and transportation operations with focus on safety and regulatory compliance.
• Lead warehouse teams including staffing, training, and data quality of master/transactional data.
• Manage 3PLs from onboarding to governance, ensuring SLA compliance and cost efficiency.
• Develop KPIs, forecasts and capacity plans across warehousing and logistics.
