Job summary

CAE USA seeks an Integrated Planning & Control Planner to coordinate material planning, production planning, and contractual logistics support. You will align schedules with program and customer requirements, analyze demand, manage inventory, and monitor progress across engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to ensure on-time delivery and cost objectives.

The role requires an associates degree, 3–5 years in planning or supply chain, and experience with MRP/ERP systems.

Qualifications

  • Associates degree in business or technical field, or equivalent.
  • 3–5 years in production planning, material planning, or supply chain.
  • Experience in aerospace/aviation production planning preferred.
  • 3–5 years with MRP and ERP systems.
  • Experience with DFAR, MMAS, and AS9100 compliance.
  • U.S. DoD security clearance eligibility.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure materials and services flow through supply chain to meet integration dates.
  • Develop and use metrics for performance measurement and process improvement.
  • Create logistics plans aligned with program schedules and lifecycle needs.
  • Coordinate logistics for maintenance, repairs, spares, and sustainment.
  • Manage inventory to meet service levels while minimizing cost.
  • Prepare shipping documentation and expedite shipments to sites or vendors.
  • Inform program management about hardware status, availability, risks.
  • Verify material supply and demand in MRP and generate requisitions and orders.
  • Analyze demand signals, forecasts, and schedules to determine material needs.
  • Monitor budgeted material and labour costs as CAM.
  • Supply raw material requirements from engineering specs and schedules with purchasing/warehouse.
