Job summary

CAE USA is seeking an Integrated Planning & Control Planner to coordinate material planning, production planning and logistics to ensure on-time delivery and cost objectives. You will analyze demand, develop integrated schedules and manage program inventory across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain and logistics teams.

Responsibilities include building logistics plans aligned with program schedules, coordinating maintenance cycles, and monitoring material requirements using MRP/ERP

Qualifications

• Associates Business or Technical Degree in a closely related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 3 - 5 years' experience in Production Planning, Material Planning, Supply Chain or related functions.
• Experience in Aerospace/Aviation Production Planning, Material Planning, Manufacturing or Simulation environment, preferred.
• Minimum of 3 - 5 years' experience with MRP and ERP systems
• Incumbent must be eligible for DoD Personal Security Clearance; U.S. citizens only.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate material planning, production planning, and contractual logistics to align with program and customer requirements.
• Develop integrated schedules, monitor progress, and manage program inventory levels to keep plans on track.
• Balance resources, mitigate risks, and support on-time delivery and cost objectives across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and logistics.
• Prepare documentation for items shipped from plant and expedite shipments to customers/vendors.
• Provide status on hardware, material availability, and potential production problems to program management.
