ReviveRX in Houston is seeking a Production Integrated Pharmacist to oversee sterile and non-sterile compounding in a 503A setting, ensuring compliance with USP<795>, <797>, <800>, state boards, and internal SOPs while supporting production quality and staff development. Qualifications

• Pharmacy degree (PharmD) or equivalent required.
• Active Texas pharmacist license.
• 3+ years of compounding pharmacy experience.
• Knowledge of USP <795>, <797>, and <800> regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee non-sterile compounding in accordance with USP <795> guidelines.
• Verify formulas, calculations, ingredients and beyond-use dating.
• Perform final verification of finished products, labeling and packaging.
• Maintain batch records and electronic documentation for traceability.
• Support formulation development, QA investigations and staff training.
