Job summary

Lockheed Martin in Titusville, FL is seeking a Program Lead for the FBM Demand Management and MRP functions. You will direct a team of planners, manage staffing, and ensure deliverables are on schedule and within budget. Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, have experience leading cross-functional teams, be proficient with MS Office, and understand ERP/MRP principles.

U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a Secret clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams, projects, or programs.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of material and/or manufacturing planning principles and responsibilities.
• United States citizenship and ability to obtain a Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Program & Senior Management and direct all phases of Demand Management and MRP for FBM.
• Provide daily leadership and direction to a team of Demand Management, Material & Manufacturing Planners.
• Create, manage, and execute staffing plans to meet business objectives.
• Ensure that deliverables are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Track budget targets for Demand Management and MRP labor and non-labor requirements.
• Cultivate relationships across functional teams across the program life cycle.
• Drive collaboration across people, processes, and tools aligned with FBM modernization initiatives.
• Serve as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders and customers.
• Lead the team to provide robust analysis and MRP planning support across FBM sites.
