Job summary

Lockheed Martin in the United States seeks a seasoned MRP/planning professional to drive manufacturing planning, optimize material flow, and coordinate with Master Scheduling, Production Operations and Engineering to meet schedules. You will manage BOM changes, issue production orders, and oversee kit inventory for aircraft programs.

The role emphasizes SAP/ERP proficiency, strong organizational skills, and a track record in production environments.

Qualifications

Excellent communication skills.
Proficient in Excel and ERP systems.
Experience in planning or logistics within a production environment.
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work with minimal supervision on manufacturing workloads.
Experience using SAP or similar ERP for MRP/planning.

Responsibilities

Interface with Master Scheduling, Production Operations and Production Engineering to ensure production and schedule needs are met.
Create, issue and TCHO production orders.
Facilitate redlines to production orders.
Request installation drawings through CMDC.
Complete IPOs and issue kits with production orders in accordance to schedule.
Inventory control of kits.
Communicate with PP&C leadership concerning kitting needs and discrepancies.
Maintain bench stock and HAZMAT for assigned aircraft to include issuing and reorders.
HAZMAT and Production Support Area consumption audits.
Aircraft closeout activities.
