KBR is seeking an Integrated Master Scheduler in Huntsville, AL, to develop and maintain an IMS across multiple project phases. You will analyze schedules, identify risks, and drive mitigation strategies while coordinating with program teams and customers to ensure alignment and timely reporting.

The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and compliance with government scheduling requirements. Prior IMS experience and active security clearance are highly valued.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• Experience with Integrated Master Scheduling on complex programs.
• Strong scheduling analytics and reporting capabilities.

Mansioni

• Develop, maintain, and update the IMS to support program execution, planning, and reporting requirements.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate schedule risks impacting critical path activities, milestones, deliverables, and objectives.
• Perform schedule variance analysis and develop recovery plans to address delays.
• Apply advanced scheduling methodologies to optimize workflow and sustain schedule integrity across project phases.
• Coordinate with management, engineering, operations, subcontractors, and customers for alignment.
• Maintain IMS structures and documentation per government-approved formats and contracts.
• Prepare monthly and ad hoc schedule updates, status reports, metrics, and leadership briefings.
• Track dependencies, milestones, and program performance indicators for visibility into health and execution.
