Teledyne Technologies Incorporated is seeking a Senior Scheduler in Huntsville, AL, to develop and maintain an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) aligned with program plans and customer requirements. The role requires deep scheduling expertise in an engineering/manufacturing environment, preferably aerospace, and familiarity with NASA guidelines.

• 10+ years direct scheduling experience; aerospace/manufacturing environment preferred.
• Familiarity with NPR 7120.5 and NASA Schedule Management Handbook.
• 5+ years using SSI or equivalent to assess schedule health and risk report.
• Experience developing or contributing to a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).
• Familiarity with Agile scrum, agile project management, and agile software development.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
• Ability to interface and influence at all program levels.
• Strong verbal and written communication; deadline-oriented mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Build, baseline, and maintain IMS per PASEG and NASA guidelines.
• Assess schedule health and analyze risk using SSI or equivalent tools.
• Support Program Manager through all program phases; assist leads in cost/schedule mitigation.
• Design, develop, and maintain task schedules with program teams and suppliers.
• Input status and develop corrective actions for late tasks with project leads.
• Participate in weekly status reviews and daily standups; communicate schedule status to stakeholders.
• Support program reviews with schedule integration and cost considerations.
