Hadrian is building autonomous factories to reindustrialize America. The Master Scheduler will own the Integrated Master Schedule across programs, coordinating engineering, manufacturing, supply chain and operations in a fast-paced, high-mix NPI environment.

This role partners across functions to ensure on-time delivery, tracks milestones, and helps scale scheduling through standards and automation.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in integrated scheduling, project management, or engineering or manufacturing planning.
• Demonstrated experience developing and managing an Integrated Master Schedule.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling methodologies and risk estimation.
• Experience using scheduling tools (MS Project, Primavera P6, Smartsheets) and building automations.

Responsibilities

• Own the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for products, programs, and production sites.
• Develop Integrated Master Schedules for products, programs, capabilities, and production sites across NPI and factory-buildout workstreams.
• Track schedule performance, identify risk, quantify impacts, and drive solutions to milestones and delivery commitments.
• Facilitate cross-functional schedule reviews and align milestone dates, deliverables, and resource trade-offs.
• Define scheduling philosophy, standards, and automate to scale scheduling.
