Job summary

DEL REY Systems & Technology, Inc. in San Diego, CA, seeks an Integrated Master Scheduler Mid to manage program schedules in DoD projects, ensuring milestones align with SOO, TPRs, CWBS, and CSOW.

You will coordinate with DoD clients and communicate status to all levels of the project team. The role includes publishing the IMS to SharePoint for DoD personnel, supporting junior schedulers in data collection and timeline interpretation, and applying a strong MS Project background with TS/SCI

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing project schedules.
• Proficient in Microsoft Project or similar scheduling tools.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite including Teams.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly and work in a team.
• Ability to guide clients through scheduling best practices.
• TS/SCI clearance and a Bachelor's degree.

Salary Range: $60,000.00 To $120,000.00 Annually

Manage schedules and analyze the development that comply with a program's Statement of Objectives (SOO), Technical Performance Requirements (TPRs), Contract Work Breakdown Structure (CWBS), and the Contract Statement of Work (CSOW). Work with DoD clients to establish and monitor the execution of the program towards milestones, key events, and significant accomplishment criteria. Support and manage a project and program schedule that communicates to all levels of the project team and stakeholders effectively. Publish the Integrated Management System (IMS) to a SharePoint site for use by DoD personnel and support junior schedulers in the collection and collation of data and the interpretation of timelines.

Required Skills/Experience

• 3+ years of experience managing project schedules
• Experience using Microsoft Project and/or similar scheduling software
• Experience in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Teams for collaboration
• Ability to learn new technologies and concepts quickly
• Ability to work cooperatively as a team member
• Ability to guide client through scheduling best practices
• TS/SCI clearance
• Bachelor’s degree
