Job summary

Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) seeks an Integrated Master Scheduler in San Diego to coordinate, develop, integrate, and manage scheduling activities for complex national security programs. The role requires DoD/Navy IMS expertise and strong communication with stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in IMS, a Master’s degree, and a TS/SCI clearance. Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Milestones, and DCMA tools is expected in a collaborative, results-driven team.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of integrated master scheduling experience for DoD/Navy programs.
  • Master’s degree required; DAWIA Level III or PMP preferred.
  • Experience with ACAT I–IV and AAPs in DoD acquisition.
  • At least 3 years supporting Navy/DoD Acquisition Agency.
  • Experience with IMS scheduling, critical path, risk assessments.
  • Clearance TS/SCI required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Project and Milestones Professional.
  • Knowledge of DCMA 14-point assessments.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate, develop, integrate, and manage scheduling activities that meet program/project requirements.
  • Prepare and analyze schedules and SMP reports.
  • Perform schedule updates, recovery plans, and what-if schedules.
  • Establish and monitor execution toward milestones and key events.
  • Develop program schedules communicate to project team and stakeholders.
  • Support data collection and interpretation of timelines.
  • Perform IMS critical path, slack, and network analyses.
  • Conduct Schedule Risk Assessments (SRAs).

SPA is seeking an Integrated Master Scheduler in San Diego. #KS

Responsibilities

The Integrated Master Scheduler position will coordinate, develop, integrate, and manage scheduling activities that comply with a program's and/or project's requirements.

The Ideal Candidate May Also Perform The Following Duties
  • Prepare and analyze schedules and reports as established in the program’s and/or project’s Schedule Management Plan (SMP).
  • Perform schedule update procedures, recovery plans and “what-if” schedules as required.
  • Establish and monitor execution towards milestones, key events, and significant accomplishment criteria.
  • Develop and manage a program’s and/or project’s schedule that communicates to all levels of the project team and stakeholders effectively.
  • Support the collection and collation of data and the interpretation of timelines.
  • Perform IMS critical path, schedule slack, and task predecessor/successor networking analyses.
  • Perform Schedule Risk Assessments (SRAs).
Required
Qualifications
  • 10 (ten) or more years of professional experience with integrated master scheduling for DoD or Navy programs
  • Master’s Degree
  • Professional experience with DoD acquisition organizations spanning ACAT I/II to ACAT III/IV & AAPs, Projects, and Adaptive Acquisition Framework Pathways (to include Software Acquisition Pathway, Middle Tier Acquisition Pathway, etc.).
  • Three (3) years of experience in direct support of a Navy or DoD Acquisition Agency
  • Program IMS support experience with the Navy or comparable DoD Acquisition agencies
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills and ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
  • DAWIA Level III in program management or similar (e.g. PMP)
  • TS/SCI Clearance and the ability to maintain it throughout employment
Additional Requirements
  • Proficient in Microsoft Project and Milestones Professional
  • Proficient in DCMA 14-point assessment tools (e.g. for Project, Deltek Acumen)

Salaries are commensurate with experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. California, Pay Transparency Salary range: USD $120,000.00/Yr. - USD $165,000.00/Yr.
