Job summary

The Master Project Scheduler at KBR will develop, maintain, and manage Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) supporting complex DoD programs. You will work closely with program managers, engineering, operations, finance, and Government stakeholders to ensure accurate schedule development, resource planning, milestone tracking, and critical path management.

Requires DoD Top Secret clearance, a relevant bachelor’s degree, MS Project certification, and at least 5 years of scheduling experience with

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Citizen with DoD Top Secret clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, IT, or related technical discipline.
• MS Project Certification is required.
• Minimum 5 years of demonstrated scheduling/PM experience.
• Expert-level MS Project tools proficiency.
• Experience developing/maintaining IMS for DoD or complex programs.
• Strong analytical, organizational and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and manage Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for complex programs.
• Coordinate schedule development with program management, engineering, operations, and Government customers.
• Perform critical path analysis, schedule risk assessments, and milestone tracking.
• Monitor schedule performance and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare schedule status reports and executive briefings.
• Support proposal development with compliant program schedules.
• Ensure scheduling activities comply with contractual requirements and best practices.
• Provide scheduling expertise across multiple projects while maintaining schedule integrity.
