Job summary

Leidos Inc seeks an Integrated Master Scheduler to support the Indo-Pacific Logistics and Sustainment Services (ILS2) PMO. You will develop, maintain, analyze, and communicate integrated schedules across locations and partners to enable informed decisions.

You will collaborate with leadership, PMs, and mission teams to translate requirements into executable schedules, monitor performance, and provide schedule visibility and risk mitigation across the program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma plus 3+ years in scheduling, project controls, or PM-related work.
• Experience developing, maintaining, and analyzing integrated schedules for complex programs.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Primavera P6, or similar tools.
• Experience with schedule development, critical path, forecasting, and status reporting.
• Experience integrating schedules across multiple projects and distributed teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
• Ability to translate schedule data into actionable recommendations for leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the ILS2 IMS and project schedules across multiple activities.
• Collaborate with plan managers, resource managers, and technical teams to create executable schedules.
• Integrate project schedules into the program IMS for leadership visibility.
• Perform critical-path, health, variance, trend, and risk analyses.
• Produce forecasts, status reports, dashboards, metrics, and briefings.
• Identify cross-project dependencies and allocation constraints.
• Coordinate staffing and resource requirements with leadership.
• Assist in creating WBS, project plans, milestones, deliverables.
• Run what-if analyses for priorities and surge scenarios.
• Participate in reviews, planning sessions, and risk meetings.
• Maintain baselines, assumptions, and change documentation in approved systems.
• Capture lessons learned to improve scheduling and forecasting.
