Job summary

Leidos is seeking an Integrated Master Scheduler to support the Indo-Pacific Logistics and Sustainment Services (ILS2) PMO. You will develop, maintain, and analyze the IMS and related schedules across multiple locations and mission partners to enable informed decisions.

The role requires strong scheduling and project controls experience with MS Project or Primavera P6, excellent communication, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams in a dynamic, security-conscious environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in project scheduling or controls.
• Experience with MS Project or Primavera P6.
• Ability to analyze risks, dependencies, and constraints.
• Strong communication and collaboration with leadership.
• Active Secret security clearance required prior to start.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and manage the IMS and project schedules across multiple projects and locations.
• Integrate individual project schedules into the program-level IMS for leadership visibility.
• Perform critical-path, schedule health, variance, trend, and risk analyses.
• Provide forecasts, status reports, dashboards, and executive briefings.
• Coordinate staffing, resource requirements, and cross-project dependencies.
