Job summary

SEA CORP in Middletown, RI seeks a Mid-Level Integrated Master Scheduler to support Electronic Warfare programs by developing and coordinating Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) across multiple projects. You will ensure schedules are accurate, organized, and aligned with objectives, requirements, and timelines.

You will work with cross‑functional teams to monitor milestones, assess risks, and provide schedule management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MS Project certification preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of IMS scheduling experience.
• Active Secret clearance preferred; ability to obtain Secret clearance.
• Strong understanding of scheduling principles, planning, and coordination.
• Expert proficiency with scheduling tools (MS Project or similar).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) compliant with gov't and corporate requirements.
• Prepare internal weekly/monthly schedule review packages and external CDRL submittals.
• Perform critical path, risk, and variance analysis on schedules.
• Incorporate contract changes into IMS and maintain baselines.
• Develop program plans, timelines, and work breakdown structures; define tasks and sequencing.
