SEACORP in Middletown, RI, seeks an Integrated Master Scheduler I to support Electronic Warfare programs by developing, maintaining, and coordinating Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) across multiple programs and projects. The role ensures schedules align with objectives, requirements, and timelines.

Responsibilities include creating and maintaining IMS, critical path analysis, schedule risk management, updating baselines, and producing bi-monthly progress reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MS Project certification preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of scheduling experience; Secret security clearance strongly preferred and required.
• Experience with Integrated Master Scheduling (IMS) and critical path analysis preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) compliant with government/corporate requirements.
• Perform critical path, schedule risk, and variance analyses.
• Coordinate planning activities and update baselines to reflect changes.
• Prepare schedule review materials and bi-monthly progress reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align schedules with program objectives.
