Job summary

SEACORP seeks an Integrated Master Scheduler I to support EW programs by developing, maintaining, and coordinating IMS across multiple programs and projects. You will ensure schedules align with program objectives, contractual requirements, and timelines.

The role involves coordinating planning activities, monitoring milestones, identifying risks, and providing schedule management support across cross-functional teams to keep projects on track toward mission objectives.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of scheduling experience.
• Active Secret Security Clearance preferred; ability to obtain/maintain Secret clearance required.
• Experience with Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and critical path/workflow analysis preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain an IMS compliant with government and corporate requirements.
• Prepare weekly and monthly schedule review packages and external CD-RL submittals.
• Perform critical path analysis, schedule risk, variance analysis and related scheduling insights.
• Incorporate changes into IMS to maintain current baselines.
• Assist in developing program plans, timelines, and work breakdown structures.
