Job summary

RSC2, Inc. in Baltimore, MD is seeking an Integrated Master Scheduler to support PM SAI at Aberdeen Proving Ground.

You will develop, maintain, and analyze IMS, collaborating with project managers, engineers, logisticians, and stakeholders using Microsoft Project to manage timelines, dependencies, milestones, and resources. The role emphasizes identifying schedule risks, generating status reports for leadership, aligning efforts with DoD acquisition processes, and supporting EVM practices.

Qualifications

• Active Secret Security Clearance
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, or related field with 5+ years of relevant experience, OR Master’s degree with 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project (2016 or later), baselines, critical path, and reporting tools.
• Experience developing and managing Integrated Master Schedules for large, complex programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and analyze Integrated Master Schedules (IMS).
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, logisticians, and stakeholders to gather input and update schedule status.
• Use Microsoft Project to build timelines with dependencies, milestones, critical paths, and resource allocations.
• Identify schedule risks and support mitigation strategies.
• Generate schedule status reports, forecasts, and presentations for leadership.
• Ensure schedule integration across internal IPTs and external partners.
• Support Earned Value Management (EVM) practices.
