Job summary

Interagency Readiness Solutions, LLC is seeking a scheduling-focused program manager for DoD programs at APG, MD. The role emphasizes IMS development, risk analysis, and cross-functional IPT leadership to align cost, schedule, and milestones.

The ideal candidate holds a 4-year degree, 6+ years in DoD acquisition lifecycle work, and an active SECRET clearance. Responsibilities include integration with EVM tools and DoD guidance compliance, with a program-facing briefing responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum of six (6) years of direct DoW acquisition lifecycle experience.
• Active or Interim SECRET clearance.

Responsibilities

• Schedule Development & Baseline Management: develop, maintain, and analyze IMS mapped to WBS, CES, APBs.
• Enterprise Risk & Quantitative Analysis: lead or support risk management, Monte Carlo simulations, risk-loaded schedules.
• Cross-Functional IPT Support: lead or participate in IPTs/PMRs, brief senior leadership on critical paths and status.
• Financial & EVM Integration: integrate schedule with cost data and earned value management for DoD documentation.
• Acquisition Lifecycle Compliance: evaluate data across research, development, testing, production, and sustainment per DoDI 5000.02.
