Job summary

Hadrian is seeking a Project Manager to own the Integrated Master Schedule for key programs in a high-mix NPI environment. You will coordinate between program, manufacturing engineering, supply chain, and operations timelines in Los Angeles.

You’ll ensure schedule integrity, track performance, identify risks, and work with stakeholders to meet milestones and commitments for on-time delivery. This role includes a competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of integrated scheduling, project management, or engineering/manufacturing planning experience.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and manage an Integrated Master Schedule.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling methodologies and risk estimation.

Responsibilities

• Own the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for products, programs, and production sites.
• Maintain schedule updates and ensure it remains a trusted data source for decisions.
• Track performance against baselines, identify risks, and surface insights.
• Facilitate cross-functional schedule reviews and align milestones and resources.
• Define scheduling standards and automate processes to scale scheduling.
