Job summary

Hadrian, a leader in autonomous manufacturing, is seeking a Technical Program Manager to own the Integrated Master Schedule across high-mix, NPI programs and factory-buildouts in Los Angeles. You will align engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain timelines to ensure on-time delivery.

You will partner cross-functionally, drive risk assessment, and help scale scheduling processes with ITAR context.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in integrated scheduling, project management, engineering, or manufacturing planning.
• Experience developing and managing an Integrated Master Schedule.
• Knowledge of scheduling methods and risk estimation.

Responsibilities

• Own the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for products, programs, and production sites.
• Develop schedules across procurement, construction, installation, and qualification activities.
• Maintain IMS as a trusted data source for decision-making.
• Track schedule performance, identify risk, and quantify impact of changes.
• Facilitate cross-functional reviews and align milestones with stakeholders.
