Job summary

Hadrian is expanding its autonomous factories and seeking a Project Manager to own the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) across programs, manufacturing engineering, supply chain, and operations in a high-mix NPI environment.

You will lead cross-functional schedule reviews, drive data-driven decisions, and help scale scheduling standards with automation, SQL, and Python. Competitive compensation in California.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in scheduling, PM, engineering, or manufacturing planning.
• Experience developing and managing an Integrated Master Schedule.
• Knowledge of scheduling methods, durations, and risk.
• Experience with scheduling tools and automation/connectors.

Responsibilities

• Own the IMS and develop schedules for products and programs.
• Update schedule as trusted decision-making data source.
• Track performance, quantify impacts, and drive milestones.
• Lead cross-functional schedule reviews and align milestones.
• Define scheduling standards and scale automation.
