Job summary

Hadrian in Los Angeles is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to own the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for key programs, partnering with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain and operations in a fast-paced, high‑mix NPI environment.

You will develop schedules, drive updates, track performance against baselines, identify risks, quantify impacts and facilitate cross‑functional reviews to align milestones and resources.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in integrated scheduling, project management, or engineering/manufacturing planning.
• Experience developing and managing an Integrated Master Schedule for complex programs.
• Proficient in scheduling principles and risk assessment; able to estimate durations.

Responsibilities

• Own the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for products, programs and production sites.
• Develop schedules, coordinate sequencing of activities across teams and sites.
• Track performance against baselines and surface risks with data-backed insights.
• Lead cross-functional schedule reviews and secure milestone alignment.
• Define scheduling standards and create scalable tooling and automations.
