Everist is seeking an Integrated Marketing Director in the United States to lead brand storytelling and performance marketing across channels. You will own strategy from concept through launch, driving emotional connection and measurable outcomes in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting.

You will manage integrated campaigns, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and mentor junior marketers while shaping Everist’s growth into new retail and digital channels.

Competenze

• 6–8 years of progressive marketing experience in beauty, wellness, or CPG (haircare a strong plus).
• Proven ability to balance brand building and performance marketing in a DTC or eCommerce environment.
• Hands-on experience overseeing Meta and TikTok campaigns with meaningful budgets.
• Strong background in influencer marketing, social commerce, and creator-led growth.
