Zusammenfassung

Everstory Partners is seeking a Digital Experience & E-commerce Manager to lead the optimization of our websites and online customer journey from awareness to purchase. You will collaborate with Marketing, Data Analytics, Sales, Operations, IT, and external partners to drive engagement and revenue.

You will own the roadmap for website and e-commerce initiatives, define success metrics, and implement analytics-driven improvements.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in website management, digital marketing, or e-commerce with proven performance improvements.
• Hands-on e-commerce experience including product listings, pricing, and checkout optimization.
• Proficiency with CMS and e-commerce platforms (WordPress, Shopify).
• Experience with website analytics, SEO, and conversion tools (GA4, Looker Studio preferred).
• Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation; HubSpot preferred.

Aufgaben

• Oversee day-to-day management, maintenance, and content accuracy of Everstory Partners’ websites.
• Optimize navigation, mobile usability, landing pages, and lead capture forms to boost conversions.
• Lead planning and rollout of e-commerce features (listings, purchasing, order processing, tracking).
• Manage digital merchandising, pricing visibility, and checkout experiences to improve revenue.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, IT and agencies to align site enhancements with business needs.
• Support CRM integration and automated communications with Marketing Systems Specialist.
