Job summary

Dutch Bros Coffee is seeking a Project Coordinator to support design and construction workflows for company-owned locations nationwide. You will liaise between Real Estate and Construction, assist with meeting logistics, budgets, and documentation, and help produce reports for leadership.

In-office role in the Greater Phoenix area, with 4 days onsite and Fridays optional remote work. The position emphasizes collaboration, organization, and careful attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent experience, required
• 1–2 years of administrative and coordination experience in a broad scope involving decision-making, team coordination, and extensive workflow management

Responsibilities

• Assist Construction Managers and Construction Team on new shop projects, including scheduling meetings with architects, vendors, landlords and developers
• Update projects in project management software (Lucernex) with notes, schedules, and records
• Prepare written and verbal correspondence and document announcements for new shop turnovers to HQ
• Coordinate minutes/notes for department meetings and support reports and paperwork for construction activities
• Respond to general inquiries within 48 hours and act as liaison between Construction, Real Estate, Legal and Field Operations
• Assist in processing payments and tracking invoice-related questions, and support contract execution with CM
