Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience implementing and maintaining an Integrated Management System in manufacturing or tech.
• Strong leadership, communication, and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Management Representative role and IMS governance.
• Oversee internal and external audits and root-cause analysis.
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, and risk analysis.
• Develop training on quality systems and promote regulatory compliance.
• Support supplier qualification and customer compliance inquiries.
