Job summary

Black Girl Vitamins in Chicago is seeking a Product Launch Manager to own the integrated launch plan from decision to live on our website and Amazon. You will align product development, growth, supply chain, and creative to ensure timely, thoughtful launches that meet our community’s expectations.

You will build the intake process, set milestones, and establish readiness checklists and Asana templates within 30 days.

Qualifications

• 3–8 years of experience owning cross-functional launches.
• Ability to manage complex timelines and multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the integrated critical path and launch plan for every new SKU, relaunch, and merchandise drop.
• Coordinate across product development, growth, supply chain, and creative to ensure launches are completed end-to-end.
• Build the intake process and ensure scope, target date, channels, quantities, and ownership are agreed before work starts.
• Stand up readiness checklists for large launches and smaller rollouts and create Asana templates as the shared source of truth.
• Understand inventory availability, launch quantities, channel sequencing, margins, and forecast assumptions to spot non-sense in plans.
• Collaborate with Growth to ensure social, email, SMS, creative, and Amazon plans are aligned with the launch strategy.
• Reprioritize work and bring in outside help when needed to keep launches on track.
• Prepare the go/no-go with a clear plan, risks, and recommendations for the CEO.
