Job summary

Black Girl Vitamins is seeking a Launch Manager to own the integrated product launch timeline from decision to go-live across website and Amazon. You will align product, growth, supply chain, and creative teams, ensuring readiness and clear ownership for every launch.

You will design intake processes, build launch templates in Asana, and guide teams through a data-informed, low-bureaucracy approach with a strong customer focus. Hybrid Chicago-based role with CT-time remote options.

Qualifications

• 3–10 years of experience owning complex cross-functional execution.
• Evidence of guiding projects with multiple senior stakeholders.
• Experience shipping physical products at a startup, DTC brand, or agency.
• Fluency in consumer marketing channels and launch planning.

Responsibilities

• Own the integrated critical path and launch plan for each SKU, relaunch, and merchandise drop.
• Set milestones and keep all teams aligned; track current launch status and attention needs.
• Monitor the end-to-end journey from formulation to live site and inventory readiness.
• Design intake processes and ensure scope, date, channels, quantities, and ownership are agreed.
• Build readiness checklists and Asana templates for large launches and smaller rollouts.
• Understand inventory, launch quantities, channel sequencing, margins, and forecasts.
• Collaborate with Growth on social, email, SMS, and Amazon launch plans.
• Reprioritize work, bring in outside help when needed, and escalate blockers to executives.
• Prepare go/no-go with a clear plan, risks, and recommendations.
