Job summary

Black Girl Vitamins is hiring a Senior Manager, Strategic Brand Partnerships in Chicago with hybrid or remote work. You will own the partnership portfolio, negotiate terms, and drive activations that deliver customers, revenue, or brand equity.

You will build a multi-year roadmap across CPG and wellness brands, source and close deals, and measure outcomes to demonstrate impact to the executive team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in brand partnerships, integrated marketing, or related fields.
• Experience negotiating and closing partnership and sponsorship deals.
• Ability to model partnership economics and present to executives.

Responsibilities

• Build the partnership roadmap across brands, media, sports, and institutions.
• Source, negotiate and close co-marketing, cross-promotion, affiliate, and sponsorship deals.
• Own activation for sponsorships and measure outcomes like revenue and customer impact.
• Plan and deliver experiences and activations that drive acquisition and brand equity.
• Collaborate with creative, PR, growth, and social teams to amplify impact.
• Set success metrics and track performance against them.
