Job summary

Global Payments is seeking a Growth & Strategy Lead to join the Strategy team in Denver, CO. You will drive cross-functional growth initiatives for the Integrated Payments segment, partner with product, commercial, and strategy leaders, and influence senior stakeholders to align investments with long-term growth objectives.

You will manage multiple workstreams, discern signals from noise, and develop materials for executives to guide faster, better-informed decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience in growth, strategy, business operations, consulting, or a similar cross-functional role.
• Demonstrated ability to drive execution across teams you don't manage.
• Strong organizational instincts: prioritize, escape when needed, keep multiple workstreams moving.
• Executive presence with ability to influence senior leaders and build partnerships.
• Clear, concise communication.
• Comfortable in ambiguity and able to structure work without a playbook.
• Analytically capable: comfortable interpreting revenue models and building a business case.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional execution and growth strategy for the Integrated Payments segment.
• Manage multiple workstreams, maintain credibility with stakeholders, and move initiatives forward.
• Support development and refinement of segment-level growth strategy and goals.
• Track progress against revenue targets, surface blockers and reallocate focus as needed.
• Prepare analyses and recommendations for senior leadership to enable fast, informed decisions.
• Collaborate with product, commercial, and strategy leadership to align investments with the segment vision.
