VSC Fire & Security in Rogers, Arkansas is seeking candidates for the position of Low Voltage- Fire Alarm Salesperson. You will promote and sell integrated fire protection, life safety and security solutions to commercial clients, leveraging technical expertise and sales acumen.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of contract sales experience in fire alarm or electronic security, strong prospecting and negotiation skills, and knowledge of applicable codes.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in contract sales of fire alarm, electronic security, or related field including management experience
• Demonstrated sales experience with prospecting and contract negotiation
• In-depth knowledge of fire protection systems, especially fire detection & alarm, security & access systems

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand fire, life safety, and security requirements and provide customized solutions
• Collaborate on bid processes and proposals aligned with project specs
• Ensure integration of fire and security systems within the overall project framework
• Develop strong client relationships and manage ongoing satisfaction and repeat business
• Prepare persuasive sales proposals and presentations tailored to client needs
• Monitor sales metrics and forecast to meet targets
• Ensure designs comply with regulations and industry standards
