Qualifications

• 3–5 years experience in contract sales of fire alarm or related field.
• Strong prospecting, negotiation and a proven sales history.
• Knowledge of fire protection systems, security and related life-safety systems.
• Familiarity with codes (NFPA 72, ADA) and local regulations.
• Valid State Driver's License and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand fire, life-safety and security needs and propose integrated systems.
• Collaborate on bids and develop proposals aligned with project specs.
• Ensure integration of fire and security systems within project frameworks.
• Pursue continuous learning on industry trends and technologies.
• Lead contract negotiations and maintain client relationships.
• Work with engineering, project management and support teams for execution.
• Monitor performance metrics and adjust sales strategies to meet targets.
• Ensure designs comply with regulations and safety standards.
