Job summary

Target is seeking a Lead Program Manager - Integrated Energy Strategy & Resilience to shape Target’s enterprise energy roadmap across solar, generators, batteries, microgrids, and demand-side programs.

You will own the resilience framework and investment criteria, align roadmaps with store needs and financial goals, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, risk-aware energy solutions for Target’s stores and buildings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• 7+ years of business experience in energy, utilities, facilities, or related field.
• Demonstrated ability to design and advance enterprise strategy from ambiguity to roadmap and execution.
• Experience integrating multiple asset roadmaps into a cohesive portfolio strategy.
• Strong understanding of energy infrastructure, batteries, microgrids, and energy resilience.
• Working knowledge of demand-side programs and controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead the portfolio strategy across solar, generators, batteries, microgrids and EV charging to determine appropriate solutions per site.
• Own the enterprise resilience framework and roadmaps, including investment criteria and pilot recommendations.
• Collaborate with asset, demand-side program, and controls teams to align roadmaps and drive execution.
• Build business cases, translate results into scalable roadmaps, and communicate with senior stakeholders.
