Job summary

Exelon is seeking a results-oriented leader to drive the development, operation, and scaling of distribution-connected energy storage initiatives across BGE. You will coordinate policy, strategy and execution, establish programs, operating models and processes to manage a growing battery storage portfolio, and support regulatory filings and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a business or STEM field with 7–10 years relevant experience.
• Advanced knowledge of standards, methods, processes and performance metrics in the function area supported.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Project, Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with portfolio mgmt and related tools.
• Demonstrated business acumen and ability to lead a cross-functional team.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills; customer-focused.
• In lieu of degree, 9–12 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct development and lead teams on strategic initiatives, manage scope, schedule, and budget.
• Develop KPIs, tracking mechanisms, and reports for strategic projects.
• Develop work plans for corrective actions identified by performance assessments.
• Establish business plans across departments and develop business cases.
• Lead change management and training for new processes and procedures.
• Drive best practices and maintain interface with Exelon orgs regarding execution of business processes.
