Job summary

Xcel Energy is seeking a seasoned Enterprise Continuity professional to support the program lifecycle, develop emergency response plans, and drive resilience across the enterprise. You will lead projects, train teams, and coordinate with the Enterprise Response Center to improve recovery capabilities.

The role emphasizes executive-level communication, measurement of maturity against ISO 22301 and ongoing improvement across business units. Hybrid work with on-site collaboration is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of security experience with incident and crisis management.
• BCP/BCM certification within one year preferred.
• ABCP/CBCP/MBCI membership or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of BC and DR concepts.
• Excellent planning, organizational, negotiation and client service skills.
• Experience leading complex initiatives and communicating with executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop metrics and reports to measure program maturity.
• Lead projects to improve crisis management and continuity activities.
• Support the continuity strategic roadmap and partner engagement.
• Maintain the enterprise continuity services catalog and digital presence.
• Contribute to design of continuity tools and training programs.
• Deliver and evaluate continuity awareness training across the organization.
• Support Enterprise Response Center and BCM initiatives.
• Coordinate exercise requirements and recovery improvement activities.
• Participate in cyber recovery planning and execution.
• Report supplier continuity status and propose program enhancements.
