Job summary

Infinity Natural Resources is seeking a Strategic Planning Manager to oversee the integrated development schedule and capital execution plans across the operated asset portfolio.

You will collaborate with reservoir, drilling, completions, production, facilities, midstream, land, commercial, and finance teams to align activities with corporate objectives, providing schedule management and reporting that informs decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering with 5+ years in upstream oil and gas.
• Experience with integrated development planning and scheduling.
• Experience building reports and dashboards with BI tools.
• Strong communication and cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and improve the integrated development schedule for drilling, completions, production, facilities, and infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate with operations, finance, land, midstream, and commercial teams to align development activities with strategic objectives.
• Track milestones, updates and timing changes to provide visibility into capital program execution.
• Support scenario evaluation and sensitivity analyses to assess impacts of changing conditions.
• Generate planning reports, dashboards and KPIs to improve visibility into schedule status and progress.
• Contribute to budgeting, long-range planning, reserves planning and forecast processes with schedule-driven inputs.
