Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Operations Management, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• 3–7 years of experience in project management, process improvement, systems implementation, or change management.
• Strong PM, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience implementing and managing software systems or business systems.
• Experience with process improvement, workflow design, and documentation.
• Ability to translate business needs into practical, scalable solutions.
• Strong communication, facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and change management skills.
• Experience developing dashboards, reporting tools, or project tracking systems preferred.
• Experience leading organizational change initiatives preferred.
• PMP, Lean, Six Sigma, Prosci, or similar certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and rollout of operational systems and software platforms.
• Manage software rollout plans, timelines, milestones, testing, training, communications, and post-implementation support.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate needs into practical system and process solutions.
• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize process improvement opportunities across departments.
• Document current-state and future-state workflows, procedures, and SOPs.
• Develop dashboards, reporting tools, and project tracking systems to improve visibility and decision-making.
• Develop business cases, implementation plans, and success measures for systems and process improvement initiatives.
• Manage special projects from concept through implementation, ensuring scope, timing, risks, and stakeholder expectations are clearly managed.
• Coordinate stakeholder engagement, training, communications, and change management activities to support adoption.
• Facilitate process adoption, user readiness, and organizational alignment during system and workflow changes.
• Support continuous improvement through lessons learned, feedback loops, and process reviews.
