Job summary

McDermott International, Ltd is seeking a Planner to support project planning, schedule development, and reporting across offshore and onshore Oil & Gas projects. The role requires strong knowledge of planning practices and the ability to develop practical solutions with sound judgment.

You will work under guidance to ensure alignment with project objectives, schedule performance, and earned value reporting while mentoring junior team members.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of offshore/onshore Oil & Gas project planning experience.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
• Advanced Excel skills for curves, histograms, dynamic tables.
• Experience mentoring junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Develop Level 3 and Level 4 EPFCIC schedules for offshore and onshore projects.
• Produce workforce histograms, progress curves, and quantity curves for reporting.
• Maintain sequence of Engineering, Procurement, Fabrication, Construction, Installation, Hook-Up, and Commissioning.
• Identify activities impacting schedule performance and escalate concerns.
• Analyze schedule changes and update project schedules for evolving conditions.
• Prepare resource requirements for inclusion in work packages.
