Job summary

Amazon is seeking a planning and scheduling leader to own the integrated master schedule across deployment programs for material handling systems. You will develop resource-loaded schedules, coordinate labor, vendor deliverables, and site readiness to hit milestones on multiple concurrent projects.

You will utilize Primavera P6, digital planning platforms, and AI-enabled forecasting to improve forecast accuracy and schedule reliability, partnering with Site Leaders to align staffing and training

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Operations, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or another technical field.
• 5+ years of construction or project management experience.
• Experience managing multiple projects, prioritizing, planning, and managing time.
• 5+ years of experience with scheduling tools (Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Own integrated deployment schedules aligning labor, vendor deliverables, engineering milestones, and site readiness across multiple concurrent projects.
• Develop workforce forecasts based on project scope, installation sequencing, productivity assumptions, and historical performance to ensure proper resourcing.
• Build execution plans coordinating engineering deliverables, procurement, permitting, and field activities into a single critical path view.
• Translate design packages into labor hour estimates, trade mix, and duration assumptions that drive the master schedule.
• Identify levers for resource movement across the portfolio, including crew reallocation, phase overlap, and cross-site labor sharing to recover schedule variance.
• Resolve scheduling conflicts between concurrent projects, facilitating trade-off decisions when constraints require priority sequencing.
