Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Deployment Planning & Materials Manager to own integrated scheduling across labor, materials, logistics, and installation activities. You will develop end-to-end execution plans, align workforce availability with vendor deliveries, and drive improvements through data analytics and AI-enabled forecasting tools.

The role requires 5+ years managing large projects, strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, and a Bachelor's degree.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience directly managing multiple large projects.
5+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience.
Bachelor's degree.
Master's degree preferred (MBA or related).
Experience in Lean Management and Six Sigma is a plus.

Responsibilities

Own development and management of integrated deployment schedules.
Develop workforce and labor forecasts for proper resourcing.
Coordinate engineering deliverables, procurement timelines, and logistics.
Forecast material demand and monitor inventory and staging requirements.
Align vendor lead times and delivery schedules with milestones.
Identify schedule risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Utilize data analytics and AI-enabled tools to improve planning accuracy.
Maintain planning dashboards and reports on schedule health and labor/material status.
Lead post-deployment reviews for continuous improvement.
