OMHS is building the team that installs and commissions Amazon's next-generation material handling systems. We are looking for a planning and scheduling leader to own the integrated master schedule across our full portfolio of concurrent installation programs.
If you have spent your career coordinating large-scale industrial projects, you know that predictable execution starts months before boots hit the ground. You will build and maintain the end-to-end execution plans that align workforce forecasting, installation sequencing, vendor deliverables, and site readiness, ensuring every project hits its milestones without surprises.
You will own deployment planning end-to-end: developing resource-loaded schedules, identifying constraints before they become delays, and driving continuous improvement through scheduling analytics, digital planning platforms, and emerging AI-enabled tools to improve forecast accuracy, schedule reliability, and deployment scalability.
