Job summary

Amazon is seeking a planning and scheduling leader to own the integrated master schedule across a portfolio of concurrent installation programs in Austin, TX. You will coordinate labor forecasting, installation sequencing, vendor deliverables, and site readiness to hit milestones without surprises.

You will leverage Primavera P6, digital planning platforms, and AI-enabled forecasting tools to improve forecast accuracy, schedule reliability, and deployment scalability, while partnering with site

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Operations, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or another technical field.
• 5+ years of construction or project management experience.
• 5+ years of experience with scheduling tools (Primavera P6, MS Project, or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Own integrated deployment schedules aligning labor, vendor deliverables, engineering milestones, and site readiness across multiple concurrent projects.
• Develop workforce forecasts based on project scope, installation sequencing, productivity assumptions, and historical performance.
• Build execution plans coordinating engineering deliverables, procurement, permitting, and field activities into a single critical path view.
