Job summary

AO is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex architectural projects from pursuit through completion. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, staffing, and resources while maintaining exceptional client relationships and ensuring project profitability.

You will mentor Project Managers and cross-functional teams, coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants, and drive continuous improvement in delivery while upholding AO's standards of excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience managing architectural projects, preferably in retail or commercial sectors.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other industry-standard tools.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Deep understanding of building codes, permitting processes, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex architectural projects from pursuit through completion.
• Develop and implement project strategies including scope, schedule, budget, staffing, and resources.
• Ensure objectives, quality, profitability, and client satisfaction are met.
