Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in media, marketing, integrated marketing, advertising, talent, influencer marketing, project management, or related discipline.
• Experience supporting integrated campaigns, launches, or cross-functional marketing programs.
• Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; highly organized with attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate across multiple teams and external agency partners.
• Experience supporting campaign reporting, performance analysis, or marketing dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Support integrated media planning and execution across key brand campaigns and product launches.
• Maintain media planning calendars, activation schedules, and campaign milestones.
• Assist with launch planning and go-to-market processes across global and regional teams.
• Coordinate asset delivery timelines across channels and markets.
• Support campaign talent initiatives from planning through execution and wrap-up.
• Facilitate cross-functional coordination and clear communication between teams and agencies.
