HealthLinc in Michigan City, IN is seeking an Integrated Behavioral Health Therapist to provide single session therapy or ongoing interventions for patients with mental health, substance use, and/or physical health issues, integrated with the care team. Requirements include a Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy and licensure (LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT).

1–2 years post-degree experience is preferred; strong communication and teamwork skills are

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
• Licensure: LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT.
• 1–2 years post-degree clinical experience preferred; primary-care experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide single session therapy or ongoing therapy interventions for patients with mental health, substance use, and/or physical health conditions.
• Collaborate with primary care providers, psychiatry, and other care team members to deliver integrated care.
• Write clear progress notes in the EHR with assessments, interventions, and recommendations.
• Educate primary care providers on brief behavioral interventions and CBT techniques.
• Attend relevant staff and clinical meetings and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
