Job summary

Vivent Health is seeking a Behavioral Health Therapist to provide evidence-based psychotherapy and integrated behavioral health services in a clinic setting. You will conduct intake, assessment, and therapy for individuals, couples, and families, while supporting administrative tasks and care coordination to improve patient outcomes.

The role emphasizes compassionate, patient-centered care within a team that serves diverse communities affected by HIV/AIDS.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Clinical Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
• Current status as PLPC/PLMFT/LMSW or in licensure process with supervision provided.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to regulations and clinic policies for behavioral health services.
• Provide individual, couple, and family psychotherapy; participate in on-call care as needed.
• Engage in program development, billing support, and care coordination.
• Stay updated on HIV and mental health/substance use treatment advances.
• Prepare treatment plans and coordinate with care providers and families.
